Fridge was purchased October of 2016 and it's a 6 year fridge. Almost every part was replaced and it's still holding steady at 45°. Lost 2 sets of groceries to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in 2017. Love the style. Just quit working. Called LG and gave the information over the phone. They set up an appointment for their tech repairman. It was about six days before he could get her. LG stayed in touch with me whole time. Repairman was polite, efficient and every thing was done. Needed. New compressor and LG replaced at no cost to me. Great customer service.
My refrigerator went out after some years and wasn’t cooling. They sent a very polite and professional technician out and had it running like new again! They stand behind their products. I’d recommend anyone who is considering LG products to buy them for all of your needs! I haven’t seen a better company yet! Thank you LG!

It is a beautiful fridge and worked well for a few year. Now the compressor failures have resulted in ruined floors.

I would love to give this a great review except it has broken 8 times. It has been fixed each time, but I think the last fix was done the best. It has worked better so far than any other time. If it continues to work I would love to give it a new review. We will have to wait and see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My fridge is beautiful and wonderfully laid out, but the compressor died in it. This is the second LG fridge I’ve had in which the compressor died. Very disappointing and makes me wonder if I’ll have to switch brands permanently.

David came and repaired my refrigerator , He did a very good job the refrigerator is working very good and he repaired the button to open the right side outside door and he did and excellent job it is now working 100 time better then when I got it new.
