[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this 4 1/2 years ago and it worked perfectly until a faulty compressor or condenser (whichever part keeps the refrigerator and freezer cold enough) went out. It took 4 days to get a repairman out to fix. All contents ruined in about 36 hours. Still under warranty but waiting on compensation check.
I do want to add, I really like this refrigerator... It's large, has tons of storage and easy to clean. I have NOT been paid for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has great features but it has broken down two times, first time a year and a half after I bought it and a couple of months ago this year in 2022; they had send a couple of companies to repair but it took two months and finally is fix hopefully it will keep working for many more years.

We bought this expensive refrigerator in 2016. Headache from the start…ice dispenser issues, control panel issues, shorted wires in panel, compressor quit. We lost $$$ in food and $$$ in kitchen flooring when the ice dispenser turned in and dumped ice on my floor when we were not home. This is not my dream refrig as I can’t trust that it won’t malfunction when we are not home so I have to empty the ice out and turn the ice maker off .

Absolutely love our refidgeraror! We would definitely buy again. The only negative I have is we run out of ice if more than 3 of us are getting ice. Big families will not have enough. Our solution is a separate ice maker.

My wife loves to 30 ft.³ refrigerator. Unfortunately the compressor in another unit went bad in the refrigerator. LG did come out and fix the problem but with the loss of food in the use of the refrigerator at Thanksgiving was a big problem for us.
