Loved this frigerator when I bought it, was working fine for little over 5 years then compessor burned out, had to have it repaired. With the exception of the compressor burning out a little after 5 years still really like this frigerator...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My garage LG fridge was still under manufacture warranty, LG did not hesitate to inform me about that which saved me a ton on parts. Jeremy came out to repair the fridge, changed out everything he was able to change to make sure the fridge would work correctly, which it did, we exchanged a few text messages days later and he respectfully answered all my questions and addressed my concerns, was going to come back out if needed, but he didn’t need to because he did an excellent job right from the beginning.
Bought this very expensive refrigerator in 2018 under full warranty. Needed total replacement in less than 4 years. Have never before owned a new refrigerator that required replacement in less than 10-15 years.

Bought an LG fridge in 2019 and 3 years later compressor quit. Called the warranty department and told them about it and LG didn’t hesitate to send their qualified technician with all the proper parts to replace the compressor and leaky seals. I am truly grateful and satisfied that I would not hesitate to buy another LG because they stood behind their product. Thank you very much LG and also thank you Allen you are the best
