When our refrigerator stopped cooling we called LG and they had a repair person out to us within a day. The unit was fixed under warranty and we are back in business. We love our LG refrigerator, and are glad it is working perfectly again.
Compressor died in less than 3 years. took 3 weeks to get it replaced, new one never worked.

We've had this fridge for a few years now. It is fantastic. We love the middle drawer with the functionality to use it for so many different options. The french doors give us so much space, and the love having the access door and not losing all the energy to grab milk or ketchup.

Very Well Appointed. Died too young for the price. The Ice Maker Gave Out at 4th year and Compressor at 8yrs. Need less Bells and Whistles and Better performance
