Worst experience ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!!Fridge compressor died, only covered compressor, not labor, Sent my repair shop an email that my repair shop couldn't open., They tried calling but were on hold for 1/5 hours, then they couldnt spend any more time.
THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION FOR ZERO RATING!!!

Filter wont twist inside on refrigerator

Technically filter changing in a refrigerator should be very simple. However for this model of LG filter , the inlet where the filter gets twist in, won’t work . There is many customers having issues . Partly because the plastic parts mechanism which needs to align with notches will not once you remove the old filter .Bad design , it requires to turn off the water which is behind the refrigerator for most homes . So this is a huge hassle to change filters.
