[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this fridge for almost 5 years. I like the design and it is very spacious. The pull out draw is great for snacks for the kids. It has easy access and is really useful. The ice maker tends to freeze up from time to time but it is easily fixed. We recently had the compressor replaced.

We bought this 30 cuft LG to replace our old 30 cuft LG.
Lots of space and it works well.
I love that the water is dispensed in the fridge instead of on the door.
I have discovered that my idea and LGs are different when it comes to the meaning of fingerprint proof. My description on this fridge would be fingerprint resistant.
The flat exterior with no handles is awesome. Sleek and no wasted space.
The middle convertible drawer is my only issue. They changed the material and shape of the interior drawer itself.
The old was a thicker, heavier, flat smooth plastic. This is a light, thinner, corrugated plastic. You can't sit soda cans upright because of the corrugated grooves and if you lay them down, they roll all over the place because it isn't corrugated the correct size, not only does EVERYTHING roll and slide front to back, it manages to shift side to side as well. Nothing stays put.
Everything else with this fridge is great. They need to hire homemakers to really test out stuff before changing what works.

The ice maker and water dispenser went out after nearly 2 years. Then just recently the compressor went out, the whole thing was not cooling. the only thing we are happy with is the size and design of the refrigerate and freezer.

This has been a excellent fridge up until the compressore went out. However it was replaced free except for labor. We are still very pleased with the fridge and the service received.
