Freezer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I called because I needed someone to repair my freezer. I have warranty until May 15, 2025. On Saturday July 25 I was advised someone would call me on Monday or Tuesday to set up an appointment. No one has ever contacted me.

Pretty good to use.

I bought it several months ago, We like it very much but it has broken down several times. Every time time a technitian comes asks me to replace compressor and coils and close to thosand dollar is spent.

Great Appliance

I bought this 9 years ago and had no issues until recently the compressor started to fail. Upon contacting LG they replaced the compressor for free. Unfortunately I was stuck with paying to install it. The unit is work now just like new.
