Great refrigerator until it’s not.

I want to say that I love the design of this refrigerator. The space and ease of use are fantastic. I have had it break down 3 different times in 5 years all requiring service calls and repair work. It is usually 5-7 days before they come out, so eating out of coolers for a week .

Don't buy the linear model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the refrigerator when it was working. Paid a flat fee for repair from a LG repairman which it made sense to use a LG repairman because they specialize in LG products and was told it would be fixed the same day. The other option is to use a third-party affiliate which probably won't be able to fix same day. Waited a few more days. Repairman arrived doesn't have the parts, expecting him to show up next week.

They stiffed my first appointment and I was out of refrigerator for two weeks and no callback from the guy that said he was supposed to call me back and still the icemaker does not work to see even if the refrigerator works
