To this day I have not received a monies from lg for reimbursement for the new freezer I had to buy or all the frozen meats and other foods I lost!

All these are commonly know issues with this model. There should have been multiple recalls on this refrigerator

It completely quit after 3 years. I thought I bought a top of a line product?? Yes, it got fixed. I lost a lot of money in food. It took a month to fix it and I had to buy a used refrigerator in between. It was very disappointing. I hope it last longer than 3 years this time :\

The freezer froze. The door rusted and de laminated the plastic cracked and was brittle.
