Features and adjustments galore. Best Fridge Ever!

I shopped for months to find the fridge we wanted and that fit our needs. After deciding on a brand and model I spent a couple more months waiting for that great deal as this baby is a little pricey. But worth every penny. No issues at all (after about 6 months) and the custom chill drawer allows me to keep beverages just above freezing. Perfect. Ample space in both the fridge and freezer for everything ! We kept our old fridge and put it in the basement for overflow but we are not using it. If you are even considering this fridge go ahead and pull the trigger, you will not be dissappointed. I have read reviews about this fridge being noisey. It doesnt run often (efficient) and when it does I rarely hear it ( I have to be right next to it). Quiet, Quiet fridge. We love everything about this thing. Highly recommend.
I've had my refrigerator for almost two months and I couldn't be happier. I think my favorite part is the custom chill drawer, we are able to set our perfect temperature for lunchmeat and drinks without having to have entire refrigerator compartment extra cold.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality

I had this refrigerator only 1 month and the freezer fan supposedly went out. Repairman replaced it. A few weeks later the entire freezer was frozen over, waiting on parts from another country.

Was a great appliance until it wasn't. Within 8 months, the compressor failed. The service from LG to repair has been horrific. We have had 3 technicians to repair it and it still doesn't work.
Pros: ease of use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst appliance and service we have ever owned

Purchased in October 2016 has had multiple repairs, recently over last 7 weeks we have not been able to use as they have made 8 repairs calls trying to get working, they have given up on getting it to cool after 3 compressors, 2 circuit boards and misc. other items. Now they tell me it can be another 2-3 weeks to determine if they will get authorization to replace! Worst purchase we have ever made, sad as they do have good design but only good for a boat anchors now.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Fridge!

I love this fridge!! I have no complaints so far. The space inside is just awesome, it really holds a lot stuff, for the taller items, I just lay them in the back on the top shelf until opened : ). I would recommend taking a screen protector for you cell phone or tablet and cutting it to the size of the ice and water dispenser, this will keep them from scratching and doesn't really take away from the beauty of the front panel. The ice maker is fine for us, just buy a bag if you need more for a party etc...

/01 are lemons - beware; too soon to tell on /02

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought an LG after reading the horror stories on Samsung customer service. Unfortunately, since buying this fridge 15 months ago, folks have noted that this version is a lemon and have documented throughout the web their 3-6 month to even yearlong disasters with LG customer service. I had a little ice build on a vent in the past couple months (oh, yes - they seem to break about month 14 on...), but came back from a short trip to mushy ice cream. After lots of internet viewing and limited, non-warranty voiding fiddling, I begin the customer service, sans warranty, journey. I would not have reviewed them before the end of this process - but they asked...
