very nice refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator compartment is extremely well lit, the multi use drawer was options that will please everyone; whichever option they choose.The multi drawer freezer allows frozen food to really be sorted methodically.Overall, after one solid year of ownership- no problems whatsoever. Everyone who walks into the kitchen is totally blown away by it.

Large and Well Designed But Small Icemaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first LG refrigerator. We LOVE that the interior is very well organized. It has many compartments for cheeses and cold cuts, etc. The freezee is large and also has compartments to freeze bread, meats, cooked meals, icecream, and many other things. This refrigerator has all the bells and whistle. Though the exterior design could be more sleek in style, the stainless steel is of good quality. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the icemaker is unusually small for such a large refrigerator. In order to have sufficient ice everyday we must keep the "Ice Plus" feature on all the time This frig also has all the electronic bells and whistles.

We've had no problems with using it and find it convenient and easy to organize.
We have had and continue mohave a problem replacing the fresh air filter. It just won't disengage from its frame. I don't want to force it because it feels like it might break if I do. Any advice?

Great features but poor service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product as long as you do not have to listen to the fan running. When the fan runs it is so loud that you have to open a door so the fan will stop running to be able to hear people talk.

This is a really big refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lots of room,convenient access to the things we use the most. We love the pull out drawer. We keep all our sandwich makings in it. We can control the temp which is nice. I thought the sliding dividers were going to be a problem, but that is actually a great idea. Just throw lunch meat,cheese,whatever and the dividers move to the lss filled compartment. We keep most often used stuff (milk,drinks,mayo,mustard,etc) in the door which is easy access and keeps the cool in. Freezer is also well organized with dual slide out shelves. Ice packs on one, popsicles on another and lots of room for frozen foods below. I will say that if we get 20 years out of this unit like we did our original, it will be the best refrigerator we have ever had.
