[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love my new refrigerator! I have so much room and so many places to store things that for a day or two I couldn’t find what I knew I had put it in. Really like the outside door to get to frequently used items. Great frig!
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings, Performance, Quality
Good features. Good options. But needs a few tweak

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator to replace another LG That had a failed compressor. This one too has compressor issues. Fortunately covered under warranty. The thing is huge!! Holds enough holiday leftovers and baked good. Lots of cubbies and storage compartments and draws. I especially am fond of the door in door. No longer losing all the conditioned air when trying to grab a gallon of milk.
The drawbacks that I’ve seen so far. It will not fit through a 36” door unless you remove the doors!
The metal sides and stainless steel are easily dented And scratched. . Not sure how manufacturing could have been better without it weighing excessively. Quiet when it runs. However due to this failed compressor I’ve learned that LG doesn’t just allow you to update your firmware. It has to be done by a technician, which is a service call in and of itself. Another fee.
The ice maker is too small! Should have two icemakers. A machine this size is for a larger family. And a standard size ice maker isn’t adequate for a larger demand.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old fridge died on Christmas Eve. Yes that was horrible. I did some quick research and saw the great reviews for LG. I went out the day after Christmas to shop around and found this great door in door. That's our favorite feature so far. Also the bottom freezer (rather than side by side) allows you to keep the frozen pizzas in the box because of the much wider and deeper space.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our LG Refrigerator a couple weeks ago. I know it is probably still early for a review but so far this is the BEST refrigerator we have owned. One thing we looked for was not cheap drawers. The prior fridge we owned had plastic drawers and naturally they broke and I had to deal with that for a couple years. The drawers inside are on rollers and we feel they will last much longer than the standard plastic ones. We love the "fridge in fridge", use that quite often. The other item is the new slim icemaker located inside the left door, giving us lots more space! The extra drawer about the freezer section is wonderful. It is also temperature controlled, which was a bonus for us. The freezer has a huge section in the bottom along with two extra drawers above.
I would not hesitate to recommend this LG refrigerator to anyone. You would not be sorry. As you can see we absolutely love this appliance. Our previous refrigerator was a side by side and this one has so much more room. Yes, it is bigger but wow, the options on this one are wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great price with lots of room. My wife loves the 4th door/drawer. I think the door in door is a great feature. The ice maker is slow in its normal mode, but doesn't take up much space. It makes more than enough ice for our needs. The stainless steel finish doesn't show "finger prints". Not a claim, but so far it's been easy to keep clean. Door storage is good. Has one shelf that slides back to allow taller items to be stored on the shelf below. The 4th door/drawer allows you to pick a temperature range, so it can be used for multiple uses. We use it for frequently used items, so we aren't opening the larger doors. If it wasn't for the occasional noise it would be a great product. I'm going to deal with LG to see if this is normal.
