Durability Issues

Got my S5 four weeks ago and was very excited to try "The Next Big Thing". The phone is really cool and i was happy with my switch from iphone, until one day this week i pulled my S5 out of my pocket and the screen was black and had one small crack at the bottom. The whole time my S5 was in a case and I had no noticeable drops or collisions. In just 4 weeks my S5 went from a cool summer purchase to a worthless black screen. If you are going ever put this phone in your pocket you may regret your purchase.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

When it was time to upgrade my smart phone, I took a serious look at many different brands and did a great deal of research. From everything I did I determined that the Galaxy S5 was the best smart phone and had all the features and technology that I wanted. I’ve now had the Galaxy S5 for a month and I couldn’t be happier with my choice, it lighter weight, brighter & bigger screen, great camera and it integrates with all of the other Goggle platforms seamlessly. Very Happy!!!
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight

It's overall a good, well built, feature filled smart phone. My only negative is in the design. ...I personally don't like having to open and close the charging port.....with an Otter Box case on it you have to have fingernails or it's very difficult.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Amazing phone with awesome features

My Samsung Galaxy S5 performs like a champ. I use it all the time in the bright sun with auto brightness enabled and the battery lasts all day. The location service is extremely accurate. The Bluetooth has yet to have a problem. The camera launches a little slow from the lock screen, but it auto focuses faster than my actual camera! Just last night, I had gloves on and needed to use my phone. The screen worked through my gloves! The only downside is that the charging port cover does not want to stay closed like it used to. With the case that I have on it, it does not pose a problem of getting caught in my pocket and getting ripped off.
Would I recommend this to a friend... I already have!!

This phone is awesome! This phone has everything. When I purchased the galaxys2 i really didnt think at that point there would be a way to make a better phone but they did galaxys5. People that have the older galaxies should upgrade.

Smartest Smart Phone Ever

After researching top ten best mobile smart phones the Samsung Galaxy S5 hit the top 5 every time if not the number one spot on all consumer reviews I read. I've only had the phone a few weeks, but am quite delighted with my purchase. I'm still learning about its features and having fun in the process. The battery life is excellent and easy to sustain with two power saving modes to choose from.
