Its and android with great picture

I dont usually buy android phones because of all of the software problems. I recently became self employed and needed a phone, got a good deal on this model. It is easy to read the screen, the functions are simple. Battery life is not bad, I am not a heavy user as much as talking, mostly use the device to check text and email.
Biggest issue is the charging port if very difficult to plug into because of the water repellent cover, the cover needs to go the other way.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: charger port clumsy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Phone

This phone is the best android that i have owned, i have owned many different androids and i can say that performance and reliability are far beyond my expectations with this one. the design of the phone and user friendliness are top notch, i only wish that it was more water resistant. i claims to be able to hold above 3ft of water but from some of the products construction im not willing to test that. i bought this phone because my one year old put my old phone in the dogs water, so if we have a replay of that i will update my review and tell you all how it holds up.

The cost of a smart phone is CRAZY high...but what can one do???
I love my Galaxy!! I wish it wasn't so slippery =)
OH, and for the $$ should come with printed owners manuals.

Overall the S5 is a great phone with good features. Having to keep it on power saving mode and turn off the locator is troubling.
