As an IT professional, this phone has proven invaluable to me. I use this phone for email, accounting, and remote desktop daily to keep things running smoothly while on the go.

Cons: requires a case to provide better grip.

Have a problem with the screen, it cracked completely from side to side as if it had been bent. Last phone was a Samsung S4 and loved it for over 2 years without a problem.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display
Cons: not durable

Finally, Samsung has truly made a HUGE improvement over their prior galaxy phones. The design is sleeker, the features are more robust and the colors are vibrant. What I like the most is the ability to connect your S5 to the computer, tv or any other device in the household. Truly a remarkable phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, quciker processor
Cons: battery could be better

I would recommend this product to any one. It is very handy easy to use. fast and very reliable and a must have unit for all. affordable easy to use nice screen set up samsung has really out done there self I would not own anything self but this product keep up the great job.

Great Product but performance is lacking

I am pretty disappointed in this phone. I originally purchased a Galaxy 5s last April. Since then I've had 4 handset exchanges. My new problem is freezing. The last phone, the aux port stopped working, prior to that another issue that was attributed to the latest software update. I am a faithful Samsung customer despite this tragedy of a phone. I just hope all these issues were fixed with the Galaxy 6s. I'm tried of cache clearing, deleting apps and doing manufacturing resets!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
