Great phone aweful OS

I switch from apple OS to Android OS. At first it was a bit difficult to get used to the OS. Once i understood the system, it became my best phone ever. Until the new lollipop update came. Now I been having a lot of issues with this phone:
Frezzes a lot, it heat up even when its not in use, the transition from one app to the other app it's slow and the screen turns black. My apps suddenly disappear and reappear.

Battery charging issues

The phone is exceptional and so are the features. The largest problem is that the phone doesn't recognize its own charger and prompts that it is slow charging. This is a huge inconvenience because it won't charge to 100% EVER! I have to leave the phone in the car to charge if I'm out and about instead of using it like I would like. Fix this please.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, great camera, easy to use
Cons: Did not meet expectations

A solid, but clearly previous generation device

overview: A very solid phone that is light, thin, and has features that everyone can tailor to their own experience and needs. It has a sleek design with some neat features and compatibility with thousands of handy apps. However, the guts of the phone are lacking.
The good:
- lightweight and thin
- good camera
- ability to expand storage and replace battery which will increase the phone's life (the IPhone and the S6 can't do this)
- highly customizable
- very seamless as far as switching between apps
- cool features such as an ultra power saving mode and the ability to run two apps at once

The Bad:
- once you download a certain number of apps, the phone slows down significantly
- the processor cannot keep up with newer android operating systems
- app crashes are frequent
- you need to download a boosting or cleaning app to cut down on how much the phone freezes up. I find myself having to clear up RAM and clean out junk files 4 or 5 times a day just to regularly use the phone.

Samsung put a great phone together, but they didn't give the device a strong enough processor to run all of its neat features and run future android operating systems.

The phone is great, I have it, most of my friends as well or they have a new model of it, it does everything I need it for, I don't have any problems with it just the usual like the charger giving out, it not small or too big,I've dropped multiple times time and time again, never bought a case for it, and I still don't have a crack, it works like It new, and the only I can even try to complain about is the battery it dies out quickly
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: battery goes out quickly
I would recommend this to a friend!
