The absolute best phone I have ever owned!

I have had most of the well known brands including i-phone. There is none that I have seen that can hold a candle to my Galaxy. I love all the apps available. I find more uses every day, so each day becomes a new learning experience for me. Thank you for providing a sweet phone.

Great phone, not perfect, but great

This phone ran well for most of the year I had it. It was fast and I could easily figure out how to use most of the features. It was also more durable than I thought, as I had dropped it quite a number of times and nothing happened to it at all.
The downside was the battery life after a few months, and by the time it was almost time to upgrade, it started to go south.
Also, I didn't really like the outlet for the charger, it was awkward.

I purchased this amazing phone awhile back and was blown away. This phone does everything l needed and so much more. Every day I fnd new and useful tools to use. The battery life is 10 times better than my last phone, the camera features are easy to use and the quality of the videos and photos are so sharp you could cut yourself on them. TOTALY HAPPY with this device. Sam sung , keep up the good work!!!!

Love everything about this phone except it's memory issues. And the microphone is bad and since a Verizon tech says they can hear me fine after asking me to repeat myself 4 or 5 times they won't replace it. But I do really like all the features and usability of it. Simple to use and set up. I do like that you can move some things to the storage card to free up memory but improvement over other models. Wish I could move more things to the card. Awesome phone of your looking the quirks won't stop me from being a Samsung person.

Cons: needs more internal memory., should be able to move more things to memory card

This product is easy to use

Having had the galaxy s3 prior to this phone, it does have some differences. The differences are not that difficult to master and the s5 performance is by far superior. Photos are amazing. Battery life could be longer and I do not like the change in the power cord but overall this is an excellent phone.
