Excellent Choice

After researching the Samsung 5, I opted for the phone...I like it, it is robust, has enough power, memory to handle many of the tasks my previous phone was unable to do.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Not to big. Not to small. Better than most if I recall.

I have not read "Texting for Dummies' so unfortunately I am a one thumb dummy. So being able to hold the phone in my right hand and type with my thumb all the way across the keyboard is a big plus. That leaves my left hand free to do just about everything left to do. Comb my hair. Brush my teeth, make my coffee but most importantly work my TV remote so I flip through my Samsung TV to find out if there is still life out there beyond the realm of social networking.
So after I hit "Send" and my private message is broadcast to the world I can feel assured that Samsung has my back somewhere in the vast prolifera of security settings. So far so good. I have yet to receive confirmation that my encrypted messages have been disrupted or corrupted.
I use my Samsung Galaxy S5 constantly as I cruise the Internet and look for ways to save money so I can get that S6 I have been dreaming about. I rarely get a flutter or mutter or stutter as 4G is smoother moms apple butter.
As a musician of sorts I do listen to lots of good streaming music and even have voice recorder aps going constantly as I record all my practice sessions. Then too I love the camera. It's bad, rad and something my gramdaughter says she wish she had.
Well to give a review I don't usually do but in this case it's something I just had to do. But my S5 has been great and I want you to know for me it has been the best of show.

this is my first real smart phone and I think it's going to work out for me.....It has a lot of apps already on it and the thing I found out that I can do with it, is like having my computer with me every where I go....I would highly recommend this phone and love forward to get the S6 or myabe the S7, when it come out next year

Cons: Too big, on button is hard to turn on

The S5 Rocks

I've had the S5 for some time now and it has never disappointed. FAST, plenty of storage and battery life is good. The environmental advantages, water resistant and dust resistant is a nice touch, even though I take great care. I hope Samsung builds on this design for the S7. If it was just a little bigger it would be perfect.

I tried the IPHONE but I returned it went back to the Android. Live it. It's so much easier to use.
