Love this phone. Only problem I have (and I'm sure this is the same with all phones), is the features of all the pre-installed apps. You should be able to delete those you don't want.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: too many pre-installed apps
