WOW Best one yet

I had this phone just over 2 years and it still works just like new still.
I installed a tempered glass on it and I'm sure glad I did. I dropped this phone many times and finally I cracked the glass. I took this glass off and the phone screen looks new. I did by a new glass and installed it because I was so impressed with it.
The phone was easy to navigate though and simple to set up all my e mails, apps and files on it. I went on Samsung website and it was easy to find other cool features that I could use.
This is the best phone yet. The pictures are great and the zoom was even better. The sound is excellent, private and speaker.
On the last thing I want to say. I will buy another Samsung next time. Perfect product for me.

Best phone ever, fast and best of all, water resistant!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, water and dust resistant
Cons: camera is outstanding but a bit slow sometimes

Incredible phone

I am a constant Samsung product user. Laptop, Television, Blu-ray, and adding a phone to that mix, Ill never switch to another phone again, and the Samsung Link app to tie them all together is amazing.

Great Phone & I had loved it.

All was super good UNTIL somebody did a mandatory system update on my phone about 2 weeks ago. I am so upset that the update deleted ALL my my pictures and data on my Ext. Memory Card. Those Pictures were worth a lot of money to me. I do not understand why they would not warn me about my whole phone would be deleted. If I had known I would have removed my memory card. All was super and the phone takes great Pictures. But now they DELETED ALL MY great PICTURES. OH, and my battery life is now cut in half after the update.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great picture quality take clear videos,also plays my music at a great sound quality.

This phone has had to be reset a few times but I do like it. I just wish that it was easier to understand. I believe cell phone companies should offer web classes or provide you tube videos that show different features. I strongly dislike the colors of my message board in the text message section and don't like the fact I can't change the colors. Offering different color options on the shell of the phone would be more appealing too. If I am paying a cell phone company hundreds of dollars each month then why is the phone so expensive. What happened to free phones with a contract.

Cons: poor color choices, need more options for the cost of the phone
