Another "new" phone

After killing a previous smartphone (they do NOT bounce), got a Galaxy S5. Usually I go for a previous generation phone - too old to care about the latest and greatest "must have" features. The Galaxy S5 does the things it does VERY well. Battery life is OK, design is just the right size and shape for me to use one handed without any hand contortions. Screen quality is oo much better than older (Moto X) dead phone. Responsive touch screen and some nice built in apps. The amount of Bloatware -especially given Verizon duplication of similar apps - is just plain annoying.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: bloatware

Have been using Samsung Galaxy product like 4 years ago,have never seen a cool phone that keep me in track like my s5,monitor my sleeping activities to my eating activities...with the mash mallow upgrades and née feature's they look fantastic to me....
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight

I have the galaxy s5 and it is the best phone I have ever had. Samsung is a great name and they have really exceeded my expectations on this one. I'll never buy another brand smart phone again. I am Samsung all the way now.

This phone has made me appreciate the non iOS space as I never had owned any smartphone besides an iPhone. Besides needing to clear out the cache occasionally, the phone works great.

Bought another...

I had a Galaxy S5 for about a year, maybe more and liked it and the features, but then something happened and the speaker stopped working. Without the speaker, I could not hear the phone ring, nor could I feel it vibrate when carrying it in the belt holster. After checking repair prices for speaker replacement, I was told it would probably be best to just buy a new phone. Since I already had the safety case and holster, charger and other items, plus I liked that type phone, I bought the same item again in hopes it will not have the same or worse problem. I understand that things happen which are not always in our control and this must have been One-of-Those-Things....
Only thing about it, it could have a louder alarm. Other than that, I liked it enough, I bought it again!

I am a former iphone user who changed to Samsung a while ago for the SD card feature and will never go back.
