I bought 3, new Samsung Galaxy S 5's a year and a half ago. Only one still works.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

this new phone sucks the battery only lasts about half a day . the camera never focuses it lags all the time iv only had it a month and sometimes it wont let me click on pictures to view them not to mention it dosnt turn down when i have it in the case i have to pull it out of my case to turn the volume down
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Not high def, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It doesn't have the best battery life in the world but no complaints other than that out of a 2 year old phone that's been dropped more than it should have been.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

I beat the heck out of this phone and plenty of dips in water while kayaking and it NEVER failed me. Now that it has been "me" tested it is my son's phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable

This Galaxy S5 is a very good android with lots of great functions. Bought product for T-Mobile with little functionality but, switched phone (unlocked) for Verizon.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: no instructions and warranty paperwork with produc

Love this phone, my last galaxy was the 3, couldn't afford the 7, but got this one good price.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Durable, Lightweight, Built-in speakers
Cons: front cam only 2 megapixels only thing not like
