Cartridge arrived on time so that my holiday cards and letters were uninterrupted. As I am home- bound due to mobility health issues, the ease of on- line ordering and on time home delivery is very helpful to me.

I haven't used color settings in months, now, all of a sudden I need to change a color cartridge, all so that I can continue printing in black ink? NOT FAIR!
