Does not work to play movies

Does not play movies on my computer. Bought this for a trip and could not play movies for my kids. By the time I returned from the trip could not return the product.

Don't waste your money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waste of money. Only burned about 20 CD-Rs over the course of a month, then started making loud buzzing noises as though it was an airplane taking off, took forever to stop, CD-R error rendered unusable.

I'm so disappointed!! lg don't even allow you to download the updates! you have to go to third parties and pay for it!! they make it complicated to use.

Highly disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I agree with many of these reviewers. I'm highly disappointed that this product does not let me view DVD movies on my laptop. My new laptop does not have a DVD/CD slot so I bought this with it a few months ago and it is useless.

Does not work with windows 10

I've had this product for a few years and rarely use it. Worked for me in the past but is Dead with Windows 10. I guess windows forgot to care about this product. Do Not Buy or Sell this item anymore. It will not work. No matter what you do.
