We bought this to put games on for our son cause he had a hard tine playing them on our phone. The kids programming on the tablet is wonderful. Our son just loves it! It is an awesome treat for our son to get to play it when he behaves and the educational programming it has and we could add is great!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This tablet came loaded with so many apps that by the time I put what I wanted and needed on it I started getting memory is almost full warning. This makes the tablet slow and apps not work so well. Also I am having problems with getting apps to be stored on the sd card. If these issues are fixed I would definitely recommend this tablet.
Pros: Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations, built-in speaker not loud enough
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased two of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4's while in Kuwait. One for me and one for my son that is in the Army. We love them. They are just the right size for him to carry in his ruck sack and me in my backpack while traveling the middle east. These are very easy to operate, because I am far from being an electronic guru. The features on the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 are FABULOUS. I may just buy some more for the grand kids.

1 The battery does not work 10 hours how description shows-just 6 hours
