I' ve owned other Samsung products and always been satisfied. However the Galaxy Tab 4 comes without an owner's manual. You are left in the dark from the moment you open the box. Every time I had an operational question I had to put down the tablet and look for help online. That is not what I had expected. Finally I went to the library and checked out references on Android tablets just so I could have something handy to answer my questions.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: poor support
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first tablet purchase. Friends who own tablets influenced me with there satisfaction to purchase my very own tablet. The memo feature stands out as part of my overall satisfaction in terms of performance. I take many notes in my profession that require instant available display on demand. Also, I especially like my voice features and would recommend this product to anyone who has to search, find and record.

this is my second tablet. I have the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge and I love it. So I decided to try the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and its AWSOME. I got it for a great price and it has great features. Don't know why I didn't get this soon. ABSOLUTELY AWSOME PRODUCT!!!!!

Best tablet I have ever owned

I have owned a few tablets before, but the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" is my favorite. It is the perfect size, like a paperback, you can easily take it anywhere. It fits perfectly in the hand, not being overly big and awkward. The display is large enough to see everything quite clearly. It is very easy to use, the interface is intuitive. The display and resolution is crisp. The speakers play sounds clearly. It is very lightweight, yet feels solid. The battery life is wonderful, I do not have to plug it in every few hours like other tablets. I own other Samsung products too, their quality has always been the best.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, easy on the hands
