Excellent 7" - Needs 16GB Min

This is an Excellent Value for money spent! Design, screen color/resolution, WiFi Connection, ability to utilize microSD, minimal bloatware are well above others of this genre. It requires additional purchase of a carrying-case/cover ... as this Tablet may prove bit "slippery" when holding in your hand + really should have something covering Screen during times not using.
Please remember that 8GB is NOT enough to run more than a couple of Apps (& they better not be RAM-hogs). Today's Apps dictate 16GB to adequately enjoy using this 7" Tablet on a daily basis.
Knowing this requirement, shop for 16GB & give your 8GB Tablet to friend wanting a way to retrieve emails/surf Web ONLY!
Know that you'll NOT find a better 7" Screen on the market ... Samsung rules VISUALLY on SmartPhones/Tablets/TVs!

My son gave it to me for Christmas over a year ago and it still going like when I got it. I really love it.

This is the first and only tablet I will ever need.....it performs way beyond all expectations . ....and I love all the memory it has....it's wonderful....I recommend this tablet to everyonem! :)

Great tablet

I really like this tablet, I bought it for my son and it's wonderful. It has a variety of apps available it's easy to use and has a crisp clear screen, I'd say the only downfall would be if your playing games or streaming the battery doesn't last very long and you can only use a Samsung certified charger to recharge it. My son broke the charger so I ran to the closest store in our little town and bought a charger it seemed to work but it charged to 100 percent but when we took it of and used it, it drained in about 15 minutes. Once we used another actual Samsung charger it held up again. No big deal. Just be carful with your charger. All in all a great tablet. We even hook it up to our tv.

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7" for 2 specific reasons. The first purpose is to use in my vehicle with the torque pro app and it dies a good job and performs well. I connect it to my vehicle's obd2 port via Bluetooth to display 12 realtime PIDS monitoring engine and drivetrain performance. It has plenty of processor to keep up with realtime display seamlessly. The second purpose is to mount in my at for navigation, I purchased backcountry navigator. Although I have not had a chance to try it off-roading, it navigates well in the city with its built in GPS receiver. I recommend this affordable tablet.
