The sound works good for certain time, and then you can listen to it, but the sound gets very low...
Pros: Lightweight

I have an Knox Customization problem and had several chat sessions and even phone calls to get this fixed. Support puts you threw try this and try that and nothing works. Was waiting on phone call for support but never came. Not worth the aggravation. I'm glad this was a gift because I wouldn't pay for this.
Cons: Poor quality

I bought this for my 11 year old and he stays on it all day, he loves it. When I see him put it down, I grab it and use it while he's at school.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

the device features do not meet expectations. software appears diminished. camera did not have an auto focus feature. over priced.

I love my new Samsung Galaxy Tab 4. I love that I can buy a SD card to increase the capacity of it. The screens are bright and beautiful and it was easy to learn; although I am still learning about all of its features.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color

Was excited about the product ony to have issues from day 1. Had to send for repair.
The unit is difficult to hold ad operate, needed a cover/case that makes it easier. Manual is of little help and does ot provide detiailed user steps for any apps.
Apps do not contain user friendly steps to assist first-tme users..
This product was a gift froma major company and given to hundreds. I have peronally discussed issues with several others who are not very pleased with the unit.
Speaking for myself, this leads me away from other products being considered including a smart phone and large TV.. I will give the lady, who tried to assist my initial issues, a high mark for her courtesy, uderstanding, and professionalism.
Last, your product logo begins to gyrate and advertise itself at will and I cannot delete the ad..

Samsung is by far the BEST quality, the BEST brand to have! All there products are securely the BEST! I would NOT settle for nothing less! I JUST L-O-V-E MY SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB 4! U will too! I must say it is truly such a benefit. It is dependable, reliable and so much fun!!! I love it, love it, love it!!! Gotta treat yourself to one today!
