You get what you pay for...

recently acquired this Samsung Galaxy 4 7" tablet for use to upload vacation pics so that loss of camera would not mean loss of pics...in that regard, this product is useful. however, the aps we (wife and I) have downloaded have revealed the non-intuitive menu and functions of this product. after much wrangling, one can figure it out. but, NOTHING we have used this tablet for has come easy. instructions must have been written and translated in multiple languages...only because of persistence on our part can we figure out the sequence of touch screen menus and buttons...
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: visibility in sunlight is zero
I would recommend this to a friend!

Storage was my only issue

I love my little tablet except for one thing...storage. The 8GB quickly ran out as most of the memory if filled with preset apps that I can only force stop; they cannot be uninstalled. I only had one game on my tablet. I don't risk photos or a lot of music as that eats up memory. My thought was that I would by the 8GB and then add a memory card, but the memory card seems almost useless as very little can be loaded to it and it.
It performs great. The screen is amazing. It is just very limited and I wish now that I had gone another route because of the memory issues. I would have given it all "excellent" across the board if it were not for the sever memory limitations.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, touch screen is very responsive.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, memory is way too small / adding sd card useless

Good Compact Tablet

I got this tablet as a gift for primarily reading at night. It does a wonderful job at that, is small and lightweight, and easy to use. I would have rated it higher, but I'm disappointed in the camera on the tablet.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive
Cons: poor camera quality

Many positives and only a few negatives....lightweight..... thin.. nice screen and good touch screen..... Wi-Fi is so-so... sometimes it picks up a signal like anything and other times in different locations you can forget about getting online. My charger started acting up a few weeks after I got it, whereas I mean that I have to wiggle the charger until it gets a connection...Battery charges fairly fast once its plugged in... and the battery lasts a good amount of time using apps all the time.... however when the battery starts to die it dies fast..... overall glad that I baught it but am looking to upgrade some time soon.....
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Easy to use, first timer or pro. The more you use the more you learn that Samsung Galaxy has limits that most users will never reach. I rarely use my lap top any more. VERY SATISFIED, WOULD BUY AGAIN,

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 is an 7-inch Android-based tablet computer produced and marketed by Samsung Electronics.It belongs to the fourth generation of the Samsung Galaxy Tab series, which also includes a 8-inch and a 10.1-inch model, the Galaxy Tab 4 8.0 and Galaxy Tab 4 10.1. It was announced on April 1, 2014 and was released on May 1.

great tablet

Ive had the tablet for a couple months now and im still learning how to use. The features on it are cool the s voice is awesome its like siri for samsung and personally def better than siri. The colors and clearness is beautiful. My kids love to play with it as well. So many games to play it hasnt frozen on me and so much storage
