Love it but there is a big learning curve for me. I will be several weeks before I learn all it will do for me - meanwhile I am enjoying it!

I have the Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 7.0 inch at it's the same as the 8.0 capability. And to my opinion it's pretty great. So yes I would recommend this to anyone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, good for business., good to entertain kids., long lasting battery.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very fast little to no lag.
Beautiful screen very crisp when viewing movies/pictures.
Great battery life.
Multi-tasking option extremely handy when 2 screens are needed.
Decent speakers.
Camera could be better.

I use it to read , go through emails, play games and search the internet... I really need a bigger screen so I am able to do school work on ... I am looking to upgrade to something bigger and give this one to my grandson.... The biggest thing I am unhappy with is the camera... The camera on my daughter's Samsung phone is a lot better than the camera on my tablet... I like Samsung and always have... I will be switching my phone back to Samsung brand... Thanks

perfect for couch potatoes

I use it all the time while watching my tv. It's compact and doesn't hog the space on my end table. It's screen is large enough so I can see it better than my smartphone. It has a quad processor so most tasks are quickly and effortlessly. I enjoy this product very much and trust the Samsumg name that backs it.

Cons: clumsy to take a pictures

I bought this for a gift on mothers day and she loved it. The galaxy tab 3 was really slow so this one was an amazing transformation. Till the day of today no problems I suggest getting this will be the best way to spend your cash.

Good Little Tablet for the Price

I have had this tablet for several weeks now, and am enjoying it. It is a nice size to tuck into a purse. While the screen is small, it has good resolution and is easy to read. Battery life is good (5-6 hours), but not exceptional, and charging time is fairly slow. The cameras are decent, but not exceptional with 3 megapixels rear and 1.3 mp front. I have been disappointed to learn that it can apparently only accommodate a 32 gb sd card, especially because internal memory is only 8 gb. I was also initially disappointed that it was not possible to root this tablet, although that has since been remedied.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: bloatware installed and not able to be deleted, sd card size, camera quality, battery charging speed

I absolutely love this product. It never loads slow or freezes. The performance is amazing for the price. I would definitely buy a product from this company again. Unbelievable performance for the price of this product. Excellent value!
