Amazing, just amazing!!

I had been using an older tablet for ages and when I bought my Galaxy Tab, WOW!! I am beyond happy. I am so happy. It is fast loading and always ready for whatever you need it to do. Way to go Samsung.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I bought this tab for my daughter and it works perfectly. It has a special feature for kids and you can program up to what time they can use it. Love it!!!

I like the fact that the battery life is so much longer than my old tablet and it recharges much faster than old tablet. Screen seems brighter and I like the ability to save data on a SD card.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: no con noted at this time

Not quite what I was expecting

I got the Galaxy Tab 4 7" as an alternative to other tablets. I already have 2 which work fine but wanted something that wasn't tied to specific company for apps. My original intention was to use this for work doing screen presentations and also at home to stream movies. Unfortunately I can do none of these.
Firstly it will not do wireless screen mirroring which is available on my other tablets and a nice feature which allows me to use my tablets almost anywhere on a big screen with HDMI input using a third party receiver. Even with the all share feature this only allows you to stream whats on you tablets memory which means forget streaming internet movies. I ordered a wired HDMI adapter in the hope that this unit would connect to HDMI but this did not work either. Direct Connect only allows you to pass info between devices.
Secondly the memory, almost half is used for system apps, and although you can use a mem card for extra storage I appear to be having issues. For some reason my pics, apps will not transfer to my memory card. You cannot transfer all apps either. With only 12 installed apps I am down to only about 1GB left of memory.
On the whole not a great product for me but maybe for kids and people who just want a basic tablet with not a whole lot of bells and whistles.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think that other people should get this product because of how many cool things it can do and thing sounds can do with it
