A very poor product

I have had this frustrating dishwasher for 2 years. I pre-wash and yet the dishes are still not clean! In fact, they have dried on particles & need to be soaked in hot water & then rewashed by HAND to clean. We have had it looked at, talked with the company & tried all their suggestions. Our water is hotter than they recommend, we use the 'Finish' rinse aid, and we clean out the drain filter regularly. This is simply a poor & frustrating model,and my only recommendation is don't purchase!

Hello Frigidaire Friend! I recommend checking your filter for any warps or bends. A bent or warped filter can cause food particles into your sump. You may see scraping excess food from your dishes prior to your wash cycle will resolve your concerns. . If you have any additional questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact us directly. Not what I expected -- poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is not meeting my expectations. I guess you get what you pay for. It is definitely bottom of the line. It is hard to load & does not hold as much as I expected. It also does not clean well, especially on the top rack. I am regretting this purchase.

Horrible. It ran correctly once and after that it stopped draining. I had to get the dirty dishwasher out with a turkey baster.

Some tips that can assist you with your draining concern, is to verify that the installation was completed properly.
Also, ensuring that there are not any kinks in the drain hose. A kink in the drain line can cause drain issues or water to pool in the bottom of the dishwasher after a cycle is complete.

Not as good as others

This washer came with out brand new mobile home in June 2018. We used the washer for the first time in July. Dished weren't always clean and the washer hasn't dried the dishes once! Also, there is soap residue left on the dishes. I would rather hand wash the dished.

I recommend making sure that the house water is coming in at 120 degrees, you’re using the correct amount of rinse aid and detergent, and that no large pots or pans are blocking the spray arms from rotating. Also know that plastic items like Tupperware or plastic plates are more porous and will take longer to dry and may still be wet after the drying cycle. I hope this helps! Great value!

We purchased our dishwasher with the thought that we might be moving. We have been here longer than we thought we would, and I'm glad. The Frigidaire dishwasher has been a great surprise for the money. First, it gets the dishes very clean. Secondly, it is so quiet. Also, it looks so good in the kitchen. No one would guess what we paid for it. It's a great value.

We purchased this in preparation for seeking our home and are happily surprised with its performance. It is roomy, quiet, and does a great job of cleaning dishes, flatware and glassware. Great value.
