[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a ok washer, a little small on the inside. Can't put large glasses on the top shelf. Does not dry the dishes 100%. - But for the price - not bad

Door Problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher over a month ago. It washes dishes well but the door is my biggest annoyance with this dishwasher. The door is extremely difficult to latch shut. I have to use both hands and give it a hard push for it to latch. The door is connected to a spring and bounces and will not open flat unless the bottom tray is pulled out. It does not dry the dishes well and leaves a puddle on the inside where the door closes, so it is not draining properly. This puddles never dries.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi ShariSmith. We do recommend the continued use of a rinse aid to enhance drying performance. Also, check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the hot water at the sink closest to your dishwasher prior to running your wash load. Should you continue to experience concerns with drying or draining please contact us directly.
