Great working unit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a house that had a old old dishwasher in it. We had the floor redone so out went the old dishwasher. Not even sure it worked. Wanted a dishwasher that had the basics on it and this was the one. Easy to install and it works great and is quite too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The reason of my rating it is because we purchased the house and the previous owner bought this one. If I could choose I would go with one that I liked on the website. However Frigidaire customer support is great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great buy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Black Friday and my boyfriend and dad installed it. The directions weren't as clear as they could've been, as this is part of why we had any trouble with the dishwasher. we kept having leaking issues. Frigidaire's customer service was helpful in getting a technician out to fix the cracked part. After having Frigidaire send a second company for a second opinion, the problems are finally fixed and it works like a dream! their customer service was just wonderful!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE bought the dishwasher as a replacement for an older Frigidaire that had developed problems. However the New Dishwasher is not as good as the one it replaced, the tableware basket does not appear to be the same quality as the one from our older model and the same can be said about the racks in the dishwasher.
