after installation within 3 washes the handle broke, took 2 weeks for a repair,
hand wash dishes before you use washer , horrible , worst ever , would not purchase any Frigidaire appliances , I had purchased fridge, microwave , range also .... worst ever ........

Hey teaman, to help get the hottest water to your dishwasher, let the water run in your sink until it’s hot (like you do before getting in the shower). This helps to "prime the pump", it gets hotter water to your dishwasher faster (page 11 in your Owner’s Manual). Your dishwasher uses about 3-4 gallons per cycle, limiting the opportunity the water has to warm up if it doesn’t start off hot enough. Page 9 in your Owner’s Manual shows the “home” for the silverware basket typically is on the right side of the bottom rack, however, you may locate the basket according to your needs. Gets the job done

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came brand new, installed when we purchased our home May 2016. We had only used it a handful of times (maybe 3-4 times). The handle breaks. The hinge inside the handle where you open and close the door would not latch, therefore the washer wouldn't turn on. Thank goodness it was still under warranty and it was able to be repaired at no cost to us. Other than that the appliance works well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
