Badly-designed Product

It is EXTREMELY DIFFICULT to load: the door doesn't open flat; the silverware container flops around, causing silverware to poke through the wide openings in the container grate and SLAP on the side of the washer when you close it! The dishes are NEVER dry. There's a middle washer arm that drips water all over everything on the bottom rack! I wish I'd NEVER bought this horrible machine!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its ok

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher looks nice, easy to install, quiet & washes the dishes well. However, it does not dry well & the silver where basket will not stand up. I have tried all sorts of different settings & the dishes have never came out entirely dry. The basket is on the right side, most of the time it falls to the inside of the dishwasher & the taller items fall out of it. If it happens to fall to the outside, anything on the silver where gets all over your cabinets. I had to move the basket to the front of the rack & bend a couple of the prongs to hold it up. This does work but now I have lost space due to the way the washer was designed to hold plates.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your review with us, BillieJo! I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I recommend checking to make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Horrible! Does not clean dishes properly

I bought this dishwasher about a year ago. I have had nothing but problems. I've cleaned it multiple time only to have it still not clean my dishes. It leaves food on my dishes. I wash my bottle without any soap in this dishwasher only to have soap left on them at the end of the wash. There is a line is dirt/food under the door after each cycle. Not all rounds of dishes are covered in food. This dishwasher leaks out the side of the door. I use the Finish tabs that are recommended for this dishwasher. I do NOT recommend this dishwasher to anyone.

Oh goodness, KWhitt! I can definitely imagine your frustration! Please make sure you are using plenty of rinse aid, your incoming water temperature is set to at least 120 degrees, and you are loading the dishwasher per the instructions in the manual. Do not block the spray arms from rotating or the dispenser from opening. If the filter area has any debris, please clean it out.
