Constant problems

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was purchased new with our home. When it's not having a draining problem (which is nearly constant), it does a fair job getting most of our dishes mostly clean, most of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey BC01, I understand that you are experiencing draining concerns with your dishwasher. Before we consider service, I would recommend checking to make sure that the cycle is complete; sometimes you may find that it is in the pause increments of the selected cycle. How much water is left in the bottom of the dishwasher? If you find that the water is below the filter in the sump, the appliance would be functioning properly. GOOD FOR THE PRICE

I bought this approx 5 years ago and have been happy except for the last couple of months - food is now left on dishes and its gotten louder. Repair man said just change soap and add detergent booster- I did but no difference so now looking to replace it. Great buy for the money and simple to run.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Efficient and cheap

Came with house. Normal washing cycle takes a long time. Dishes clean. Not all dishes dry when using heat dry. Plastics and pots/pans still wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Jesse! I certainly understand your concern with have a long wash cycle and dishes not drying. Some tips that may help resolve your matter, is to ensure that the air dry is not selected. You also want to ensure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and that you are using rinse aid. Using rinse aid and making sure the water temperature is correct, may correct your matter.
