[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned 1 month and had to have door latched repaieed. Today we had to have a new drain hose and pump put on. Wish I would have just spent more and went with a different brand!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great ... twice

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this 3 months ago as we hand wash and with seven children that can be rather time consuming. After being used twice the handle didnt latch anymore, so the unit cannot be used. I am not sure where I put the warranty card so at some point I will pay to have it repaired I suppose. Overall, its a lovely unit, just not sure why the handle stopped latching
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
