Hello wrb163, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before a new service provider is scheduled. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. After years of hard use, the dishwasher died! we replaced it with the exact newer model. We are back up and running full speed ahead AND it matches our other appliances. Will only buy Frigidaire!

Cute little flatware basket
