I’ve had this for 5 years and it’s so quiet. It’s in my galley kitchen that’s open to the house. You can barely hear it. It cleans really well. I’m moving and looking to see if it’s in stainless

We just bought this house and we used the dishwasher one time. Now it's just stuck in the wash cycle, button is lit, but nothing is happening and all the other buttons won't work. Don't understand what happening here. They need a better manual to explain things easier. Cuz I got no help from that at all

I would recommend doing a reset on your dishwasher, simply turn off the breaker to your appliance for about a minute and then turn the power back on. This will initiate a fresh start up. This dishwasher is fairly quiet but you have to rinse off your dishes or they won't come clean. I've tried selecting High heat and hot water but dishes still come out dirty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey dm01523, I hate to hear that your dishwasher is not cleaning properly. I would check a few things before contacting a service provider out to assess the dishwasher. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher.
I would also make sure all of your spray arms are attached and rotating freely. You may want to double check the way you are loading your dishes; avoid nesting items. At the end of your wash cycle do you see residual soap in your dispenser? Please let us know if you should have any other questions.

DRYING CYCLE

ABOUT 1/2 OF THE TIME THE DISHWASHER WILL NOT GO THROUGH THE DRYING CYCLE. AFTER GOING THROUGH THE WASH CYCLE THE DRYING LIGHTS ON THE DOOR JUST START BLINKING.

Problems with it finishing a full cycle

Oh no! Michelle 3712, if your dishwasher is not draining and is connected to a garbage disposal, make sure the disposal is empty and the knock out plug has been removed. Also check that the drain hose is installed at a minimum of 32” above the floor. Please interrupt power to your dishwasher at the breaker box for at least 3 minutes, and then reapply power.
