This dishwasher does an excellent job. Simple to use, quick and quiet. I especially like the extra rinse from the top.

Does not clean. Leaves dishes wet and spotted even tho using recommended detergent and rinse agent

Hi RarityRay, for the dishwasher, we do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely and dry properly. Hope this helps!

Easy access, ample space

You get what you pay for

I have not had great luck with this item for the two months I have owned it. The drying feature just doesn't work. I had one like this in a previous apartment (the landlord owned) and I loved it. My favorite part was the drying. Now dishes come out soaked in water and I have to towel dry them. Obviously, something is different here.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Jr75, thank you for sharing your thoughts with us. I would recommend checking a few things before a new service provider is scheduled. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps!

Great inexpensive dishwasher!

I ususally buy inexpensive appliances expecting little but the basics. I paid on the lower end but am pleasantly surprised by this washers abilities. It washes very well with minimal pre-rinsing and is quieter than other brands I have bought. The dryer cycle is very hot too. The racks are not as stable as the higher end washers but they hold my dishes and get the job done!
I would recommend this to a friend!
