[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this in new home purchase. Have only used several times. It cleans great but the dryer is only fair to poor. Have had to dry off wet spots with towel. Water is plenty hot may have to call for service or replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are happy to hear that your dishwasher is doing a great job cleaning your dishes.
Some tips that may help with your drying matter, is to ensure that the air dry is not selected. You also want to ensure that the incoming water is at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit and that you are using rinse aid. The correct water temperature and using rinse aid, assists with your dishes drying properly. I hope this helps.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher runs very quiet and cleans the dishes well. The only reason for 1 less star is the handle to open it is awkward and not as easy to grip as my previous dishwasher. All other features are excellent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this as a Christmas present from my kids. I've have only used it twice. My 1st load came out with a film oon it like it didn't rinse off correctly. Very easy to load and start.

Hey Seadoolater, thank you for sharing your experience. We do suggest to make sure the water temperature to the appliance is set between 120*-140*F. This is the minimum temperature range that the water supply must reach in order for the detergent to dissolve completely. Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the dishwasher by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms and the unit and also deodorizes the unit. If you are still seeing film and food particles on the dishes after checking your water supply, and cleaning the unit, please try changing detergents to a gel or liquid detergent. Powder tends to build up and corrode parts of the unit. If none of this proves to be successful we would suggest contacting an authorized service provider to schedule a physical assessment and diagnosis of the appliance.

3 months in and leaking..

The builder installed this dishwasher in the new house that we bought, and not even 3 months in, the water inlet valve has a leak. Fortunately we ordered a replacement part and my husband will be fixing.Unacceptable and disappointing to have an issue with a brand new appliance. I am hoping is not a sign of issues to come in the future..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It does not clean dishes as well as it should. There are often bits of food and smears of grease on the plates and silverware. I do prewash lightly but it seems as if to prewash well enough for this dishwasher I might as well just wash by hand and not use the dishwasher.

Not very confident yet, three months and leaking.

I purchased this dishwasher three months ago, have used it maybe a dozen times. It is leaking from the inlet valve. Apparently this is a defect in the product as I saw another complaint about the same issue. It did seem to clean fine and Frigidaire is sending a repairman but I don't like having to repair a new machine. Makes me wonder what will happen after the warranty is over.
