It Cleans.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dry cycle, not so much. Dishes are always wet especially the top rack, which ultimately drip onto the bottom rack.

SueFT, I may be able to help you with the not drying frustration. Most challenges with drying are related to water temperature. The incoming water temperature should be at least 120°F for efficient cleaning and drying. Before starting a cycle, please run the water in the sink until it is hot (like you might do before getting in the shower), to clear cool water from the pipes. Choose a heated dry option rather than air dry. Make sure you are using rinse aid, you can even increase the amount dispensed to help with drying (page 11 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions). Plastics may need to be towel dried as they don’t get as hot as metal or glass, so more water collects. Cups with a concave bottom will collect water. Load them at the far left of the upper rack so they will be held in a tilted position. Latch doesn't work

We got this washer with our new construction home. (closest model I could find on website). The latch doesn't work well and tonight the door kept opening while washing dishes, leaking water in the process.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to use

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product just over a month ago and am very pleased with its cleaning ability. The main thing that I am not pleased with is that the cycle is electronic and preprogramed. The Frigidaire I previously owned allowed me to change the cycle with a dial on the front of the machine.

Like Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher cleans well and runs very quietly. Knowing you can program the dishwasher up to three hours is a plus. I love the roomy utensil basket and the cleaning result. The only issue is that it doesn't dry the dishes.
