too loud /don’t dry anything

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this three months ago do not like it it’s very loud do not have heat dry dishes still wet when finished drying see picture inside dishwasher everything still wet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Alice, I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not drying the dishes properly. I would recommend checking a few things before a new service provider is scheduled. Check and make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? I realize that as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was quite surprised at how quiet it operated due to it being in the Lower price range. I am disappointed that the utensil rack isn’t secured in any way. I also like the fact the you can cancel the wash cycle if needed.
