Very Reliable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The unit works very well and is easy to use. We have been very happy with how clean the dishes are, and we do not pre clean them. :) The only downfall that I have seen is that the top shelf is not as wide as our previous dishwasher, so larger cups don't fit as well into the rows, but that does not keep us from enjoying the clean dishes though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works great, aside from the door doesn’t stay down

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dishwasher almost a month ago after our last dishwasher stopped working and flooded our kitchen. The dishwasher is quiet and cleans all items so early. The only issue our family has with the dishwasher is that when you are loading the top or bottom shelf the door does not stay down all the way causing it to constantly fly up and send the shelf back inside the dishwasher. Can be frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the door is not staying down, this is an installation matter, it sounds like the door springs may have been installed too tight and need adjusting. Please contact your installer for assistance with this matter.
