[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer at a nice discount at Loews. The fit and finish is very good. Have only used it twice so far, but it does very good cleaning in is amazingly quiet. The only negative I have and the reason for taking off one star, is that the door will not stay open. It wants to spring closed. Even with the lower basket extended, unless there's dishes in it, the door will shut.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product, doesn’t dry well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product with my applicant package with my new home. The dishwasher cleans the dishes very well but it does not do a good job drying them. Every time the cycle is complete, there is a great deal of standing water left on the dishes in the rack. I have to remove them and hand dry or sit them out to dry before putting them away.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would recommend checking your water temperature. I suggest that your incoming water temperature be at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit at the sink closest to your dishwasher before starting your wash cycle. I would also suggest trying a rinse only cycle if you are not going to immediately wash your dishes as soiled dishes left in your dishwasher too long can create an odor.
If you still have a concern of sorts, contact us at 1-888-203-1389 Mon-Fri 8am to 8pm and Sat 9am to 6pm EST.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We build a Tilson Home and this is the dishwasher they put in the house. The only thing I don't like about the dishwasher is the front door is a little springy it tries to pop up when I am pulling out the rack to put the dishes in. My husband said he doesn't like how the tray to put the silver ware is a slight smaller then the other dishwasher we had and it was a Frigidaire also. So, if you don't mind the springy door and a smaller silver ware tray this is the dishwasher for you.
