Basic Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nothing too special with this dishwasher. The stainless steel look gives my kitchen a nice appearance. I don't really like the silverware holder as it isn't really secure to basket and tends to tip over when it becomes full.

This is, by far, the worst dishwasher I have ever used in my entire life. I can clean the dishes by hand before loading, and somehow, it makes dishes dirtier. I have tried “rinse aids” and “pre-washes”, all to no avail. This is not a malfunctioning dishwasher as far as I can tell... it just sucks. Bad.
Note: The accompanying refrigerator is just as bad. It knocks, and just generally runs loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Dishwasher review

Very disappointed. This dishwasher was installed by the builder in our brand new townhouse. The dishwasher doesn’t dry all the dishes thoroughly. The repair man said that it needs a vent in the door and doesn’t have one. Would not buy another one. We have to hand dry most of the dishes after a wash cycle.

Hey Jeff82, thank you for taking the time to connect with us regarding your dishwasher’s drying concern. I certainly apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. I would recommend using a rinse aid if you are not using one already. I would also check that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to get proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Also, check the incoming water temperature to be sure it is not less than 120°F (49°C) at the sink closest to the dishwasher. Hope this helps!
