[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this "old" model at a scratch/dent basement sale extension of the local appliance store. It is just fine. No scratches, dents or problems. Still figuring out how best to load it for the way we use dishes & pans, but other than that it's fine!
I would recommend this to a friend!

DOESN'T WORK

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's garbage, it doesn't work and they tried to charge me for more parts over the phone when the unit was just used this week. They are trash, save your money and buy Maytag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new home had four new frigidaire appliances; a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a range and microwave vent hood. I sold the oven and microwave and replaced with a dual fuel gas range. The fridge required three technician visits to replace the icemaker. The dishwasher works fine, but several design problems- the top rack is too shallow, and the door handle is not easy to grip. The door doesn’t stay open, either. It’s very lightweight and feels cheap.
It cleans dishes sufficiently but this is not an appliances that I would buy if I could have chosen.
