Cleanest Dishes Ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is smaller than ones I've used in the past, however, what it lacks in size, it makes up for in strength. It's quiet, easy to load and cleans amazingly well!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not good

I bought this model brand new in March 2018. It has never dried the dishes and doesn't clean well. I usually have to run it 2x before the dishes will be clean. I also can't use it right now because the water inlet valve started leaking and I can't find a replacement. My advice is to buy something else.

To experience optimal performance when using your dishwasher there are a few things to note:
-A Rinsing Aid must be used (assists in the cleaning and drying of dishes)
-Heated wash option assists in more efficient cleaning and drying of unit and dishes inside
-Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting
-Water heater temperature should be set to at least 120 degrees Fahrenheit
-Ensure no dishes are resting on or blocking the detergent dispenser door, as this will prevent the detergent from being dispensed
-Cycle selection should be changed based on the content of the dishwasher and the soil level of those dishes
-Heavily soiled items should be cleaned using the "Heavy" cycle.
-Your dishwasher should be emptied as soon as possible after a load (allows steam to exit dishwasher tub-assist with drying)
-Heated dry should be selected

There's better out there than this

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a year and almost 2 weeks ago and 2 days ago i started having issues. First it wasn't draining completely and leaving water on the bottom, plus the dishes weren't clean. We fixed the problem with the water draining but the dishes weren't getting clean bc spray arms aren't spinning. Funny how it's only a year warranty and it's lasted exactly a year. Shame on me for not buying a longer warranty. I didn't exactly have the funds to splurge like that. Very disappointed.
Besides that, when it was working, it did the job. Took a little over 2 hours tho no matter the setting it was on. It's not quiet but it's not annoyingly loud either. The dry setting worked when it wanted. And food and muck would like around the door. I didn't mind any of it when it worked but I expected it to not break down for at least another 3 years. AT LEAST.

Leaker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this based on price and value, it started to leak 13 months after we bought it. Replaced all the seals with factory original parts, and it still leaks badly.
Writing this one off as bad product, and not happy about the purchase at all.
Hate to write a review like this, wish the problem had developed while it was under warrantee.
Sorry to post this. More important for company awareness than anything else.
I'm baffled by why it still leaks after doing a complete front door seal replacement according to the you tube video procedures. Its a pretty bad leak.

does not actually wash anything

Builder put this dishwasher in my house. I have never hated a dishwasher until this one. I have hand washed more dishes since moving in to this house than ever before. Why? Because this dishwasher won't actually hold most dishes. It can wash normal size plates (square only because round hang down and hit the spray arm on the bottom), it can hold normal size glasses (unless they happen to tip and hit one of the spray arms and then it will beat the glass up enough that it will crack and break). You can't put sharp knives in this dishwasher - it pokes through the holes of the silverware basket and hits the spray arm and stops the dishwasher from running. You can't put any kind of long cooking equipment in it - it hits the top spray arm and stops the dishwasher. You can't put pots or pans in this dishwasher - it isn't large enough. You can't put small plastic containers in this dishwasher - they fall through the holes in the top basket. Basically nothing fits in this dishwasher. Please please DO NOT BUY this dishwasher. It is not worth the time or money. My children hate it too, so that tells you something right there.
