[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It washes good but door will not stay open without the bottom rack pulled out. Is this a new feature for some reason?

Good Value for the Price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this is a very good basic dishwasher that i run on a daily basis. a month or two ago the springs on the door broke and since it was still under warranty the company fixed it. we are renting a house and needed to replace the 30 yo one that was there but did not want to pay for a top of the line model for a rental home. i have had no other issues with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great dishwasher until one day it stopped working all together - no power, nothing, completely dead. Did all the troubleshooting and every thing. Been stuck hand washing everything since. Don’t recommend. Unreliable.

I love my Frigidaire dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had three Frigidaire dishwashers and they all work well I enjoy the quietness of each one of them and will buy another. I also have the Frigidaire stove for the first time working well so far I will continue to purchase Frigidaire products you can depend on them I’ve had one dishwasher for 20 years still working.

This dishwasher was brand new when we moved into our current house two years ago. We have never liked this dishwasher and have contemplated getting a new one. Our biggest issue is that the dishwasher does not dry the dishes. We have tried everything, but they are soaking wet whenever we take them out. The most recent annoyance is that the spinner at the bottom came off and melted to the heating element. I have two young children and now the house and dishes smell like burnt plastic that we are breathing in. The dishes all needed to be hand washed to get the smell off of them. Plus having to hand wash the dishes until we can get a replacement part. This is taking time away from my family and that is unacceptable.

I am disappointed to learn you are not getting the best drying performance from your dishwasher. I can understand the inconvenience this matter poses.
Have you checked your drain hose for any kinks or clogs?
In addition, I recommend checking your water temperature. Please review page 11 of your dishwasher’s “Use & Care” guide on how to check your household’s water temp.
Your household water temperature along with the water pressure plays a vital role in your appliance’s performance. The recommended temperature should be 120°F (49°C), and the water pressure should be 20 to 120 pounds per square (psi). Also, increasing your rinse aid helps with the drying process.
